Pop shot-
Id like to know exactly what you are? Whether your a blues fan or just someone interested in football around the area. You never really post saying you've been to games (that i can remember i maybe wrong) and are always so negative about us. Seem to be awfully fickle to me if you think Bruce should go and calling him a ginger twat for god sake.
And no, its not Everton next, its Blackburn, which incidentally, Im going to btw.

I reckon I could have done that.

Go now you ginger tw@
Classic example. Thta is just so fickle.
Sure, bruce hasn't got it to right at the moment, but has he got it right in the previous 6 villa games? On winning promotion with us being 12th in the old division 1? Signings/bargains such as pennant, Forssell, Dugarry, DJ, Upson, Melchiot, Cunningham, Celemence? On finishing 13th, 10th and 12th on a team which had been promoted with avergae fincnes?
come on for god sake, starting to sound like a villa fan with this ridiculous rise in expecations and fickleness about you.

I've had enough of Bruce.

You can think he walks on water all you like, I'm sick of him.

The chairmen combined are worth a billion between them.

I've supported them since I was about 10 - I dont go to St Andrews very much anymore, cannot always afford to and work also stops me. Next time is Norwich in the cup for me.

I used to have a season ticket, I used to even go to all the bloody Anglo-Italian cup matches ffs

But lets have no arguments amongst ourselves. As I said, I think bruce has taken the club as far as he can.

Oh I'm not just on about losing to Villa. I'm on about the fact that we've played 9 games and won one whereas Wigan seem to be romping away with it.

Baggies beat Arse ffs, while they are still fighting for the title themselves, not on the last day of the season when you are knackered.

Oh and I'm sorry if I sound negative about blues - but hey man, give me a frickin' positive right now??

And finally (cus this has really got my goat now) I'll praise them and build them up and so how good they are when they actually do something that warrants it.

positive: Were in the premier league, with high quality players we could never of imagined possible just a few years back.
However, I do see where your coming from. btw i got slaughtered when I aid fans were getting priced out from our games. That is a major problem we have at the moment imo. prices are to high and were not producing quality football so it isnt value for money.

I'm going to the Norwich game- sadly, it's my 1st game since Southampton in April 2003..coincidentally 1 of the best games i've ever seen and 1 of the best individual performances i've ever seen (Duggary) but work and stupid, stupid prices i just cannot afford mean that is the only Premiership game i've been too.

perhaps that's why i feel a bit distanced from the side over the last year or 2..i used to go to loads of our games in division 1 (been a fan since the 95-96 season after we won d2), i've seen us play grimsby about 6 times, more than any other opposition side i've seen, of all the teams! back then though, yeh we had a lot of poor players at the level we were at, but i just felt more of a fan.

I guess it's due to going to the games but players like Izzet, Pandiani et al really don't make me feel positive about Blues...i do agree with pop shot actually about Bruce, but thinking who would replace him is a scary thought, i wouldn't want a distant, Perrain like figure.

Blackburn next in the league too, away- a good example of a team we should not neccessarily be always beating, but at least be ahead of them, considering the players we've got, injuries or not
