Im going getting a PS3 at weekend and gamestation seem to have the best offers, however I have a hardly used psp to trade in and was wondering if gamestation still do trades and if they do, how much do you reckon I could expect for a good as new psp.

Yes, but their trade in prices are often worse than anywhere else now, including Game since they were bought over.

You're probably better off ebaying the PSP and getting your money back that way. I haven't checked the prices the PSP are getting on ebay recently, but its bound to be more than Gamestation/Game give you.
