Most people realistically aim for 10 and hope for 15. And that doesn't even take into account inflation, nor the fact that, presumably, our hero in this instance is hoping to live off the returns, which would lower his return considerably. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Good investors can acheive that. The rest of us muggins will settle for a 10% return.
