With regards the top 25, they must have compiled this list by mabye career and world cup apperances, lets face it Ronaldo, love him or dislike him was magic as a young man and I think he has played in 4, mabye 5 world cups, some one might know his stats better than me but from what I know (and aparently that is very little according to some forum threads, my nickname and all ) he must be up there somewhere surely?

With the top 25 I think the top three should start with

1) Pele
2) Diego Maradona
3) Zidane

unsure how to re-arrange the list.

Cheltenham's best ever player Neil Grayson? While Larry the Spud is, and rightly so, a legend down here, he's hardly our best ever player. Not even close in fact. It's proof that the majority of our fans only started watching the club in the successful years. Ask anyone that has watched Cheltenham for more than 8 years and very few will say Grayson. Hell, even Chris Banks would be above Grayson!

Not that anyone will care for that little rant, but it's enough proof to me that the list, or the way they go about getting the votes, is a complete joke.

I asked ages ago when it did not change (I am close to 2000 posts) it did appear later but now nothing shows up. I was thinking of starting a new account with a different nickname as what started out as fun and a laugh at ones self has turned sour many times with regards the nickname "numpty01". It would losing nearly 2000 posts but hey mabye a name change would be good. Thanks for asking, with regards status not sure how they can fix this, you know? and thanks for the concern. :thup:

If you read around on he website, the players aren't voted in by people, it's done by a stupid formula, which ranks achievements for the national team higher, hence no George Best.
