I've just installed a whole load of music software, but I can't register the licenses because it's claiming that I have no internet connection. I blatantly do. I've tried to e-mail Syncrosoft but I can't get into my googlemail inbox now either.

I just want to rule out the possibility that it's their fault, so I can get on with being baffled at how I've knacked my internet connection.
