i warned my mother about this place, her hardrive was physically broke in laptop and they said it would cost 800 pound to fix, faked checking it out, two weeks later after going to other places, speaking to tech line who said it won't get a new hard drive put in...we went back in and they sent it too be replaced immediatley....i'm missing some details in this poor story but basically on 1st visit they didn't even check the problem

| If the HD/CPU breaks, thats not really a Mesh problem as they dont make them

1 hard drive of the three that have broke was not their fault. the other two should have been checked before they left mesh, a loud clicking sound and a screaming hard drive is not that hard to miss. The same as the cpu, poorly fitted came loose.

| Yeah at work they've got Norton because they are clueless numptiese when it comes to computers, (Norton 2005 and not even bothering with keeping the subscriptions upto date)
Trying to persuade them that even using AVG free would be better than an out of date Norton.
