Don't forget not everyone who owns a computer is so PC Savvy, don't forget there are people out there who own computers and don't know how to use mobile phones or TV remote controls.
All PC World are doing are taking advantage of the illiterate PC users.

Tech support arent computer savvy half the time. They just read what their computer screen tells them to say, but in reality dont know much more than the caller

| You can probably find most if not all of your answers to computer related problems via Google.

Now its going to be another drawn out affair to get a working PC.
Pound for pound they offer good value, but service is really really awful.

I have said what I think of mesh in the past. I am having my 4th hard drive fitted from them, next week, not to mention a new cpu. Add to that the crap they have tried to pull in the past with delivery, replacements. I would go pc world before mesh again.

build your own tbh, its cheaper, you get better components and it isn't difficult, any dummy can do it if you follow a guide.
