And that's why all the forms we have to fill in stipulate that the form must be filled in with black or blue ink. Some even just stipulate black.

black. and that's only because it's bound to come out visible when sacanned, faxed or copied

Blue is more conventional and preferable however black is okay. Anything else is indeed not allowed.

Black, blue, purple, what's the difference?
I'd proberbly use black though as most of my pens are black.
