You'd have to use a reasonable amount of force in any case. In my experiencwe they're not generally very small people. |

sounds like pipex being the utter idiots they are. chances are if the debtor has gone away he wouldnt even have been served with the court order in the first place, making the bailiffs attempt to levy dubious anyway.
Best you can do is speak with the bailiff, explain you are not the person, show him ID and tell him to contact pipex

Bitched at Pipex and they said they'd stop them coming round, went to work so dunno if that was the case. There was only about 4 hours when the house was empty though, so it's likely it was a no show.
Fully expect it to happen again in about 2 months. Pipex ftl.
