No matter what we call a big game, like Rcjuk said, City away last season which was also a big game in the title and he tore them apart and scored the goal in a 1-0 win, you say it isnt a big game.
You list Fabregas setting up a goal to win a game as something only top players do but Ronaldo does that sort of stuff all the time.
We name a big game, you say he didnt beat milan in the second leg, because if you dont believe he was good in the first leg victory in which he scored then you're daft, which is where your argument falls down.
And how was Roma in the second leg of the CL QF not a big game? How was the F.A cup final i named not a big game? Were the games against Sporting Lisbon this season big games considering that not only are the CL but they were going back for the first time for Ronnie against the club he still loves and used to play for.
| I was saying fabregas does turn up for the really important games, ronaldo does not.
Teams like lisbon and roma are mediocre at best, will never get near to win the CL. </BLOCKQUOTE>
Sporting I will give you, but Roma mediocre? That means Serie A is mediocre, b/c they finish top 4 quite often and sit 3rd right now.
Please don't tell me that prior to last year's CL game at Old Trafford that you just knew United would drop a touchdown on them. </BLOCKQUOTE>
only reason they got into the CL was because of what happened to Juve and AC, they're never gonna get near to winning the CL.

| unfair, mourinho managed to assemble the greatest bunch of unknowns in world football in the past 20 years, had no really big star players(Deco) but mourinho had them disciplined and everyone knew their jobs perfectly to make a great team.

You cant pick and choose the rules accoring to yourself.
Also Roma are so mediocre that they finished 2nd in Serie A last season. That a no excuses 2nd place to inter Milan. Its either an all together mickey mouse league or you arent giving Roma the credit they deserve. A team that made the QF last season and are through to the last 16 this.

What? So, if, by chance, Roma were to "know their jobs perfectly" then they would no longer be mediocre in your eyes?

| Are you seriously comparing Roma to the likes of Barca, Real, Inter, AC, Arseanl, Chelsea, Liverpool - teams that will be challenging for the CL come May
