No, it does not excuse the Milan game. That was a collectively awful effort. Sucked, frankly. Hope they get to make amends.

Goalkeepers **** me off so much. Set up a wall and then try and cover the bit of the goal that the wall is supposed to be covering. Set it up properly ****wits and if the free-kick is too good, it's jsut too good.

pitiful performance, ffs, Milan were just too good for us, Kaka was brilliant, and Gattuso just ran the game, had he been on our side we'd have won. Our defence was Fletcher-Brown-Heinze-Evra iirc, we were poor, but it's not as if we were terrible, Milan were just too good. To expect Ronaldo to win us that game is ridiculous, he's not allowed one bad game now on the back of 30 good ones? christ almighty.

those were just 2 games i could have picked, theres alot more. ronaldo just isnt the type of player to do something out of nowhere when the chips are down playing against quality opposition.

well he does if so often against 'poorer' opposition when we're struggling that I couldn't care less tbh, there's so many games last season when we posed no threat at all until he took it upon himself and changed the game. We wouldn't have won the league without him. Maybe against the top teams they could single him out and nullify him, but I can't see them doing that this season with the other acquisitions we've made.

200+ games for Man Utd and two people want to pick on games against Milan last season to sum up a player. Two games i might add where we won one when Ronaldo both scored and was good and another in which the whole team was abysmal and out played. Yeah Ronaldo should have beaten the European champions by himself, damn he must be crap for not doing so.
