!!! 30 yards tops.
He got it on target and it went in but it wasn't a great free-kick - an English keeper would have been hung by the press for missing that.
Off the hook? United were through anyway - does scoring this make amends for his pitiful performance in Milan last season? </BLOCKQUOTE>
Give the kick a little bit more credit. The timing was also pivotal. Sure the keeper blew it, but I am still not sure he had a chance. Now, the Roma game is meaningless and they are a top seed.
No, it does not excuse the Milan game. That was a collectively awful effort. Sucked, frankly. Hope they get to make amends. </BLOCKQUOTE>
pitiful performance, ffs, Milan were just too good for us, Kaka was brilliant, and Gattuso just ran the game, had he been on our side we'd have won. Our defence was Fletcher-Brown-Heinze-Evra iirc, we were poor, but it's not as if we were terrible, Milan were just too good. To expect Ronaldo to win us that game is ridiculous, he's not allowed one bad game now on the back of 30 good ones? christ almighty.
