Honest question here, not trying to be a smarta$$, I really don't see who we were hurting or what code/rule we were infringing (is that really an English word btw?)

Well all the kids trying to get past the swear filter had left, and it was actually turning into a decent conversation. based on Serps comment it seemed clear to me it was "I don't care, the mods have spoken, thread closed".

if it were for any other reason then I'm confused.

What Herm said. It was just a normal conversation by the time it got closed... it seems like if you question the Mods or start discussing the rules the thread gets closed which is pretty sad because it won't even allow constructive criticism.
