What is a tech farmer?

Basically the more tech(nology) you buy, the more expensive it gets, so big nations who would incur cost massive costs for tech, instead pay a relatively low amount to smaller nations with a low technology level so they buy the tech cheaper, then send it to them. The smaller nations also make a tidy profit.

You get given 3 million by a big nation, which you then buy 50 tech with. You send this 50 tech after 10 days when the aid deal has expired, and send another 2 lots of 50 Tech over 20 days. You spend the rest on improving your nation.

I've got improvements that lower the price of Tech so i get to keep even more, and proving you're reliable gets you 3 million for 100 tech deals.

But make sure you check the guy and their alliance out first they might be on some mahussive alliances **** list.
