No mention of Ukraine because the rights to that are sold seperatly.
Traditionially away games are sold on a game by game basis, then 30 or so of the smaller FA's realised they get naff all TV money unless they are playing one of the big boys and formed a union to sell there rights of in one big package and split the revenues between them, Setanta have presumibly purchased this package and Ukraine are not part of the union.
Means in theory they have the rights to all of the home games for all of these countries.
