Once went to one where the final question was;
'Earlier, I held my breath. How long did I manage to do it for?'
Then followed everyone holding their own breath as a 'gauge', before the guy wheeled out a tv and played a video recorded that day of someone covering his nose and mouth and timing him :eek:
I'd had a few to drink so found that bit slightly surreal, can't even remember what he manged now..

Recent tie-break at a quiz i went to was - How many men have set foot on the moon ?
Others have been - How long is the famous Route 66, in miles ?, stuff like that
