that being said, neither Case nor Florida are in exactly hopping college towns. if I had to take guess, I'd say that Case's b-school is better, but that could be incorrect.
if she wants to come to the States, those are solid options, but I wouldn't be chomping at the bit to go to either.

She's not really the biggest fan of America in general but comes here to visit me about once a year (especially when I buy her a plane ticket as her birthday present so she's not really blocked on the idea of coming here. She's an excellent student in France (equivalent of Valedictorian in an Ivy League school pretty much) so I wouldn't want to advise her to go to one of these if they're not really good, especially since she can go to a few others in the world. </BLOCKQUOTE>if she's the equivalent of a valedictorian at an Ivy League university, she has no business going to any business school not named Harvard.

Is it really that dangerous (like have you been there) or is it kinda like Temple, people think it's bad and it has a horrible reputation because it's in North Philly but it's actually perfectly fine.

there's nothing wrong with temple. it's just everything around temple that's freaky. don't leave campus.
it's a florida school, you figure it out. at least it's not fsu, which is basically east alabama, but it's almost as bad.

I equated that region with Auburn forever.

In France.
She's in the 3rd or 4th best French business school and was top of her class last year but the thing is that they have no link with Harvard so it's either she goes to one of these 2 (or another Uni with which her school has a partnership with) or she'll have to find a way to transfer her credits there and from my experience French Credits don't go so well towards American degrees.
Anyway she doesn't plan on living here or spending more than 1 semester in the US so any Uni that isn't linked to hers would be a waste of time... and money.

a pity then, is she the equivalent of an undergrad?
if so, she should get her work experience and then apply to top-shelf graduate programs. at least that's what the book says to do.

| Anything South or East of Temple is fine now, West is a little shaddy and North definitely still needs improvement.
