I'm aware of this. Totally my fault, i'm not trying to shift blame.
Just annoyed it wasn't a test purcahse but the police stopped him, blatently his mates looked like kids who he was with out side ( he came in on his own)
still, could lead to greater things, just look at bbb. he started at tesco and check the lad out now, practically running the british gas switchboard system.
When i was at school i worked at Somerfield & cause i worked friday nights i used to get all the chavs coming in for cigs & drink, i had seem them around school & knew they were only 15, used to be great refusing them, they used to have some fb excused
er well ive got a car, look heres my keys so i must be old enough
I sued to refuse at least 5 people on friday night alone in a 4hr shift probably more on saturday night, qutie alot considering its quite a small village i live in.
Redblood - do morrisons not give you tests every so often on age restrictions, we used to get them every 3 months or so & if we failed we had to do them again till we got enough to pass.

Take it to tribunal. Morrisons are liable as well under law. Its vicarious liability.
Morrisons are liable under law for their employees selling alcohol to minors. That doesn't mean they can't sack you for doing it.
What would be the basis for unfair dimissal? </BLOCKQUOTE>
If his colleagues agree that the kid looked at least 20, then there would be grounds for unfair dismissal.

I've heard that excuse many times. Also heard "Here's my debit card you need to be 18 to get one..."
