They want to find you a job, just put a semi decent CV up (you have bags of customer service experience*) and then apply for anything at entry level. Should get some interviews at least. Good luck.
*do not include selling bamps alcohol.

I was once working at Woolworths, and they told me we weren't allowed to sell forks to under-18's. Makes sense but still.
I also refused a scruffy looking kid an over-18 DVD. Got into an argument. He was blatantly not 18.
But RB, Hope you find something much better!

Take it to tribunal. Morrisons are liable as well under law. Its vicarious liability.
