Yes he has. He basically wants to go back to the state of affairs pre Roe v. Wade when the states set their own abortion laws. IIRC, there were about a dozen states where abortion was already legal when Roe v. Wade came down. </BLOCKQUOTE>

Different scenario as you're crossing national boundaries. I think it'd be a lot more difficult to bar a woman from crossing state lines for an abortion. </BLOCKQUOTE>
