he broke the record for a rookie season. Healy spent half the season struggling to get on the bench at a team heading for league two.

What more does Tony McCoy have to do to even justify a nomination in this joke?
The man is the ultimate professional and a class act in the saddle as well as out of it, with a will to win that in my opinion is unrivalled in any other sportsman around. For a man who has been at the top of his profession constantly for over a decade not to be even nominated for this is frankly pathetic.
