Basically he stated that the Italians are cheats and that he had proofs that they corrupted a ref during a U21 competition. WC or Euro semi-final but before 2005 iirc.
He was then heard by a UEFA comission which decided that his "proofs" weren't good enough and he had to stay in the stand for 1 of France's Qualifier (vs Ukraine or Lithuania iirc)

Der Spiegel reported that the matches mostly concerned teams from eastern and southern Europe, notably Bulgaria, Serbia and Croatia but also the Baltic states in the north.

UEFA would not give any information about the matches under suspicion to avoid jeopardising the ongoing investigation.
