Well today we've been linked with Brown, Harewood and Rubins (Lativian ex Palace(?) winger)

Brown would be ffb, Harewood has a funny shaped head, no thanks, and Rubins is just ffs, although probably not as ffs as Kilbane.

Also rejected another "take it or leave it" offer from Sunderland for Baines.

We need to start being hard faced ******** both on and off the pitch. About time we wiped away the "but it's only Wigan" clichés/mentality of others regarding this Baines thing. £3m is simply an insult.

One of the Sunday rags - they are usually full of bulshit tbh - says we have agreed a fee for Harewood, Koumas will also be here in the next few days after the players agent put pressure on WBA to sell, and we still want Brown but are £1m apart in value.

Brown - yeah baby

Koumas - see Brown.

Harewood - no thanks. League 1 striker at best.

oh and Sky saying Camara has agreed terms with Fulham and just needs a medical to be passed - which may not be a formality.

Yes.

We could have done with a thug like him in midfield last season as we didnt have one once Kavanagh left.

Better late than never.

I'd say Brown and Koumas are two good signings for you

And you have done well getting £4 million for Camara.

Good luck next season

How far down the pecking order is Johansson? There have been a lot of rumours that he might head back to us (Djurgården) this summer. He have really been missed the last few years...

Who knows. He could be first choice or last choice next season under the new manager.

Technically he's the best player at the club though. Unfortunately our last manager played 4-4-2 and nothing else. When Johansson played it was usually as a striker. It was easy for everyone (apart from the manager_ to see that this wasnt his best position but AJ never complained, got on with his job, and scored 8 goals for us two seasons ago.

Last season he played even less for us and did tell the local newspaper that he would consider his position this summer. I've not heard anything about him going anywhere though. I think if an offer came we would let him go but i think with the new manager he will get more chances this season and may play just behind the striker - which i've heard is his preferred position.
