I got promoted on ML as man U on my first go on professional,won my last 5 games 1-0 with agwahowa scoring all of them,yes i blew all my budget on him but just managed to scrap the points together.
In the top division now,and im second behind chelsea and all my freebie players are starting to tire it looks like burchet and minanda and co are set to be called upon........again.
Well, after losing game after game due to not really being able to score, I played on amateur level league(and positioned 4th...8 draws lol) and have learnt how to score a bit better now, and went and played online and scored in 5 out of 6 matches.
I think I'm a teeny bit disappointed as a lot of the emphasis of the game is running and you see a lot online of people's wingers coming inwards and scoring. I guess it is real football but I think it is overdone a bit.
Wow, one player is rubbish. Just tried starting a Master League, having only played 2+ player so far, and it's like a completely different game :/ Feels so slow and unresponsive :thdn:
Hate having to Super Cancel so much too, I hold the (Ps2) controller with only my index finger hovering over the R/L buttons, so by the time I've swung my middle finger over to press R2 to Super Cancel, it's too late. Annoying.

I like playing Barcelona's formation 4-2-1-3 works great with Brasil who i tend to manage all the time.
I play 5-4-1 with a sweeper, flying fullbacks, two box to box midfielders and the whole back three dropped quite deep, to apply pressure. Plays nicely.
