From what I've played its very smooth and sims a lot more fifa like in that sort of sense, the course of the games seems to be less methodical and worked out, far more variety.

Can't really comment much more than that, havent had a proper play, as I mentioned earlier havent got my converter yet to use my PS2 controller so I've been trying my best with the keyboard

With regards to the online stuff though, I registered online fine, got into a server fine, and into a room. Never actually started a game so whether or not it would have crashed on me I dont know. The loading times between menu's in the network area was a bit slow but no problems as such.

Hopefully the converter will come tomorrow

I ****ing knew this was gonna happen. Converter arrives this morning and doesnt seem to be working

Plugged it in via usb, message came up saying "your new hardware is ready to use" stuck the controller in. Presumed it would let you navigate menus in the game with the controller, it didnt. Then thought maybe its only during actual games then, nope, not working.

Whether or not its because I'm not using an official game pad or just whether or not I've been sold a load of **** I dont know. But does anyone have any idea if there are any solutions? The red light is solid on the converter and also I get a red light on the anolgue thing on the controller.

Also, when I go to "settings" on the menu where it says "play" "install" etc before the game loads when you stick the disk in, its recognising I have the converter in the controls but (has the name of the converter).

Tried installing the drivers manually with the disk provided and still doesnt work

Have you tired checking if it works via the control panel/joypad? If it works there make sure its plugged in when you start PES, even then it sometimes doesnt work with my one, have to restart it sometimes.

it wouldn't work intially with mine but I went to settings and changed which side of the adapter it was using.

Just got this today and it's been unable to get online for me even though I'm all registered - says there's a problem with verification.

I've allowed PES6 on my Firewall and still no luck - any one got any idea what's up?

Played my first game online against some guy against MalcolmX Losing 1-0 at ht (Wes Brown gave away a penalty ) and then it said "connection with other players was lost" (even though I could still see what they were typing - Malcolm wasnt very happy about my rough approach to the game )

It's very different to the last one the more I play it.
