I didn't think I would ever say this but I have a copy of FIFA07 and I am actually really enjoying it. Mainly because I am Rangers and it is so easy, won the league by about 30 points and scored 100 goals in 33 games. Boyd was top scorer closely followed by Dado.

It is certainly an improved version but there are still problems that need to be looked at, players kicking with their wrong foot, the nets are better but not great. The transfer system is pretty poor but its quite good fun.

I didn't really get into PES5 and the fact I can play as one team through a real season gives FIFA the edge. Very important when the majority of play is single player.

as much as the two are pretty much not changing a lot, PES6 will be infintely better than FIFA 07

I started disliking FIFA when I played the demo of FIFA 2000 on the PS1 off a magazine coverdisk and found myself 7-1 up at HT in it, I've played other versions (even own FIFA 2005 cause it came with the XB) but I just dont like it at all. 07 actually looks a bit better from the demo, but EA just cannot do football games right, it's strange that they usually do a top-notch job on their US sports titles (NHL, NFL etc)

ah well, hopefully PES6 for the 360 on Thursday if Gameplay dont let me down :cool:

From what I've read 6 may be rather good. Although the 360 folks are screwed with the editing .

Will be popping out to buy it on Friday anyway. And my max drive should make an appearance the next decade when Play finally get some back in stock.

someone made a PC editor for editing the PS2 option files, you could edit stuff you couldnt edit in the game, hopefully one will be made for this?

otherwise ill just be using this for multiplayer and world cups i guess
