Dunno, I never pre-order games anymore. I buy 1 game a year usually and that's Pro Evo.

This year I bought FM for the first time since I tested CM99/00 - 01/02.

Shops can get done. But I think that the early release is official - so in this case no. But, i've heard when EA release games they send representitives to shops to try and buy there games in advance - alot of shops get caught that way.
