I think what he's saying is, "yes it's good, but yes it still needs a lot of work as it's by no means perfect."

I don't have colours. I have Winning Eleven 10 and it's allright. But they should be doing more with PES than just ironing out a few bugs and sticking in a pitchside reporter.
As stated, I think the 27 Warrens can feel harshly treated.
