It's a shame when we can't even get fair reviews of games from websites due to advertising on that very website. Admittedly Gamespot sometimes got reviews horrendously wrong but on the whole their reviews were fair.

I used to write reviews for a leading games retailer and there was always a certain amount of pressure to talk up certain games to increase sales.
