you can sneak around in the darkness using your nightvision or go in all guns blazing or snipe the enemy from a distance, none of what you've said sounds particularly inspiring.

In what? Multiplayer. Of course that is. But try to snipe in COD4 SP when you should be using a shotgun and it's going to end badly.[/QUOTE]
err, wrong, there plenty of SP missions where you can choose the way you go about things the way you want to, you can snipe them from afar, take them out with a silenced M16, go in with a shotgun, call in air strikes or helicopter gunships, use your claymores/grenades/C4

I guess people like you would rather have their hand held and forced into doing exactly what the devs wanted you to do. I wonder of lycangav ignored that alot of the levels in COD4 have constantly respawning enemies whilst crysis is actually realistic with troops moving from other areas to re-inforce an area under attack.
I also am giving a big lols to that lycangav is still playing Quake Wars, an utterly terrible, massively overhyped and under developed game which I was luckily able to get back half the price on when I sold it last week.

you must be the kind of gamer who reads a few decent reviews and doesnt form his own opinion, theres a reason why COD4 is so popular, because it is an incredible game, Crysis, doesnt sound inspiring, or from the screenshots, look fun.
