Just tried to get one on Vodafone by threatening to cancel my contract. They weren't going to give it to me for less than £175! Told them to send me a PAC code | So they phoned my back today and offered me the phone for free. I grabbed it with both hands. So happy! </BLOCKQUOTE>
Amazing how easily that happens whenyou show you'r serious about leaving if they won't give you what you want </BLOCKQUOTE>
Soon as you ask for your PAC they will pull their finger out and offer some sort of package for you.

well my mum rang up today to cancel our contracts. sister got her phone free (SE w880i i think, would have cost £60) and they were still trying to stop me buying it.
said that they were thinking of discontinuing the n95 as they have so many being sent back.
gonna cost me £100 to get it if i cancel and start a new contract so hopefully if i tell them im leaving they might do something for me.
is it worth it though if its going to break easily?

well my dad just picked me up and told me what my mum told him. my mum just said that the only thing that works with it is the gps and that costs £x a month, the battery lasts 2 hours, and the camera isnt very good. she asked if there will be any updates in a few months or whenver to fix the problems and they just said probably not as it will probably be discontinued in 3 months.

GPS is free. It only costs for the voice directions and stuff. Battery talk is nonsense, can only imagine that if you sat there watching feature length films on it. Camera simply is a good CZ 5mp camera.
You sure they're not trying to make you get something else. Do they even have stock?
