missed this as i was at MPH in brum last night,so watched it this morning. exactly the same jokes as last nights TG news, right down to the 'not buying a second hand one'
was FB, even managed to get into the next hall and wander round the classic cars show, where they cleverly had hidden the Bugatti Veyron amongst quite a few other FB cars \o/
Clarkson, May & Hammond were all on top form & the P50 made an appearance \o/ - Clarkson asked for a volunteer (cue 5,000 hands go up)-he then says "we could be going to stab you!!", still 5,000 hands
he then says "right we need someone who DIDN'T see Top Gear two weeks ago with this car (P50),he then picks a Yorkshireman in yellow to come down and testdrive it on the arena floor, (also asking him if he was "surprised by all the electricity" and had he used the toilets?, "it all goes away here and you don't have to eat it or anything") so you've been invited onto the floor by the TG guys to drive a car, :thup:?
well no
, Clarkson says "right we'll just start off with a pit stop, drive it into that garage there <points to a cordoned off area next to a concrete bollard from motorway repairs>" then he says, "ok now reverse out..........oh no! its not got a reverse gear has it? and the only door is obstructed by that wall!, WELL YOU'D HAVE KNOWN THAT IF YOU'D WATCHED
TOP GEAR!! WHEN IT WAS ON!!!"
now that was funny in itself, as they showed a close up of this sourfaced man but they then left the guy there or the rest of the show, something like 45-50 minutes

after that they wheeled out 3 of their own creations for a small car:
Hammond had what looked like a bike with 4 belt sanders attached instead of wheels
May had what seemed to be a suitcase with wheel arches cut out, so when opened you could sit on it and drive like a go-kart and which also included 'his luggage' (a whip, a negligee & some lubricant-which seemed to have been added since the last show by his face)
&
Clarkson had a jet powered version of himself which he sat in and had his head visible (was a large set of jeans,shirt and brown jacket which opened up on a rear hinge)
May's seemed to like running without him, as it stopped and as he got out to start it it flew off
Clarkson ofc. won
they also had a game of car football which May won 7-2 or 9-2 the cars were wrecks as this was the last show & they didnt seem to ahve their brakes
, Hammond's Car also had a nice set of teeth painted on it
, May also completely missed the ball on a penalty
Clarkson also climbed a 38 degree false mountain in a land rover which is only cleared for 35 (and it did noticeably struggle) Vs Paul McCartney (no not that one) a rock climber,there was a 4 bike sphere of death (Hammond stood in it whilst there was only 1 after losing the build a small car challenge, it also broke before he did it - piece of the frame came off)
also had a stunt show but tbh the TG guys were >*
