I wouldn't mind seeing it dude. Senegal has sent me his, but it's always good to see variations.
Running 10k tonight, which is the furthest I've done up until now. Got a competative run of the same distance start of September.
Not far, obv, but a start. Especially as a few months ago I couldn't run more than once a week due to me knee.

Training plan?! Either doing 10 or 5k at the weekend - the five is more likely (more likely to get close to PB time on that at the moment!)

I have a training plan which is an adaption of the one i'd send people. I know someone who runs ultras as well as lots of marathons. I think there are other plans available from her as thgis one is called level 1, i wouldn't be surprised if higher level plans involved running marathons more often.
my 10k PB is currently 59:04 and i was aiming for about 57:00 tomorrow.

Yeah, was aiming for under an hour but I normally only do 30-40 minute runs so who knows tonight really.
Running partner is on about putting plaster on his nipples as he got chafing last time. No idea if he is winding me up or not |

Personally a dollop of vaseline works well for my nipples but i have bodyglide for my legs which is good too.

I'll see how it goes tonight. Think chaffing will be the least of my problems |

aye you are probably right but dont blame me if you suffer for the rest of the week.
I myself will remember to lube up before my run on saturday as after 3 hours or so of running i'd be rubbed raw without it.

Well I have no plasters, or bodyglide, and am running straight after work. So I don't really have an option
Plus I'm hoping not too much damage can be donw with an hour or so's running. I don't get any problems after 40 minutes, so I'm just going to hop the extra half hour won't kill me.
