Love my Asics. So good.
Just come back from the sports phyio. One of THE most painful experiences of my life. Found a "knot" in the bottom left part of my leg. Worked on it for 10 minutes and no better. Just a silly amount of pain.
Better bloody work |

Went in, explained what I wanted them for and my budget of £80, he recommended 3 pairs with a higher recommendation of the £70, can't praise them highly enough, had a go with all 3 on the treadmill and so I chose the Brooks, oh and I'm a neutral runner too

Good stuff BBB, new shoes always feel so good.
Did my 14 miles this morning and it felt pretty good. My thighs still hurt a bit from last sunday though,
It took me about 30 mins less to do 14 miles today than it did to do 11 miles in the race last weekend. |

Would love to run a marathon in America, think I might make that one of my 'life goals'.

I have a sneaky ambition to qualify for Boston in 3 years time. My HM time gives me hope, but it'll take a lot of work. Not sure my body will take the mileage required.

Would love to do New York, as part of a holiday. I'd do some of those euro ones too as long as I don't die during the FLM

Yeah I know it's something that is achievable. Got a fair few years until I will be in a situation where it is financially feasible.
