really depends on what suits your foot best, get to a proper running shop and have them sort you out, minimum of an hour in there to get the right pair, wont be cheap

| Minimum of two hours of the sales dude lets all the giggly High School girls going on Netball tour push in front of you first.
Let the shop guy lead the way: names, prices, etc are no sign of a good running shoe so expect to be introduced to a name you have never heard of at a price you probably wouldn't dream of. My first pair were made by Saucony - cost me £80 (back in 2000 that was a lot fo money...) but were and are the best ones I have ever had. Still wear them occasionally for old times sake.
Currently on Asics. If you are a heffer like me and suffer from over pronation, you will prbably end up getting some motion control shoes.
