Can i take part in the most miles in a month
56 so far this onth up until i got injured, would of added another 10 at least this week if i was capable of running. Annoyingly i am 0.52 miles short of 500 miles run in total since the Great Cumbria Run last october. Was hoping to target 1000 for the year but if i'm out of action for too long now it'll probably be out of reach. Stil have 550 miles to go to get there and only 4 months really

Heh, I just want to take advantage of my injury free time.
Seems like running is something where you ultimately end up with some form of injury, just happy whilst it lasts.
Had a bit of knee pain during some of my longer runs but nothing significant. Yet.

The guy top of the fetch training league has already done 2822 miles this year which is huge.
Did 424 miles in jan alone which is almost as many as i've done all year but then i have had 2 months out injured

| Bloody hell, that's crazy.

It's funny, that guy actually doesn't seem that fast for the miles he's doing. His HM time is slower than Hendonboy's for example (although he's about twice Hendonboy's age)

In tersm of challenges etc, I'll wait until I've done this 10k in a few weeks. Need to prove the knee will take training four times a week before I start thinking about much else.
Physio chappy today, then a brief two miler afterwards.
