Yeah, thinking of going once a month now I'm back in the area now. Just slightly too far out of town to think of going more than that and unfortunately it might be BPTT each time since the others are even further than that, but it'll be a good way to judge progress.

shortest race i've done is last nights 9k tbh, prefer longer myself but i wouldn't mind doing a 5k to see how fast i can go

I'm so out of shape at the moment and had no end of shin problems over the past year that I am not going to bother applying this year.

I hope to be in a position to run a 10k by the end of the year and just build up really slowly and efficiently from there.
