Sleeping Hours
The Uberman's sleep schedule revolves around forcing yourself to rely on six twenty to thirty minute naps spread throughout the day for your daily dose of sleep. I stuck to thirty minute naps, currently having them starting roughly at 2 AM, 6 AM, 10 AM, 2 PM, 6 PM, and 10 PM every day.

I am trying to set my mind and body according to Uberman Sleep Schedule! Am off to bed in 20 mins, for liele 30 mins, then I will be back up again!
Its too hard man. Although, I am still in the first phase...
Bit of a problem if you can't get to bed immediately after your head touches the pillow. The lag time of about 20 minutes before I can finally drift off to sleep has the effect of wrecking any convoluted sleep plan, hurrah
Well, I am a student, with only a few lectures (University). A few extra hours for job applications, work and project would come in really handy over the next few months. So am trying to see if I can adopt this method successfully.

Plus some people who have done it say that if the miss a nap after a five hour spell, they "hit the wall" and cant focus, get tired, need a nap.
So pretty pointless if you actually have a job, or a life for that matter.
That is quite a big drawback actually. I mean if I HAVE to be somewhere at some point, it would make things difficult. But with the Christmas holidays coming soon, hopefully I would be able to tune my body. And after then on, it would be just a few minor adjustments.

Yup..thats what I am having trouble with now.
First time around, I couldn't sleep at all! But second time, I did manage to get about 15/30 minutes sleep. Ashamedly though, I did hit the 'snooze' button once, and needed a second go to wake up.
It is tricky in the sense that you need a lot of will power for a good 2 weeks. After that, the ride is easy. The only thing stopping you is your social life.
