I still have not seen any horses myself . i went to the castle oposite the sewer where there is a lionhead outside but I kept getting killed so decided not to go there.
I kept walking and there were these imps who used their magic on me but I killed them and I keep walking and I have seen deers running around, 2 wolfs and goblins but no horses yet or even a place I can sleep or shops.
