Default Removing pre-existing SI made kits from game?

Basically, this screenshot shows the problem I'm having: Screen

As you can see, I'm using SS08 kits, and I HAVE downloaded SS08 kits for the MLS, which includes Toronto FC, yet the SI kits for Toronto are still there. This isn't a ghost kit problem, as you can see the Ghost Kit for SS08 style kits behind it. So does anyone know how to get rid of the default SI kits?

Default kits are found in the graphics.fmf file, which is in the directory where you installed the game.

Obviously it isn't a good idea to delete this, so you would need to get the FMF Tool and extract all graphic files, then delete the kits, and repack the rest of the graphics, naming it graphics.fmf and replacing the previous one.
