This is a collection of 8380 player/manager pics and an introduction of the way that I keep my facepacks tidy.
I'm sure everyone has gone through the troubles of sorting their facepacks by country, league, team etc in order to make sure they don't have duplicate facepacks but I find my way easier. One folder to rule them all.
Step 3: Open fmXML and tick the circle for 'translate file names to IDs' and 'process dragged folders'
Step 4: Drag your facepack folders (the folder containing the pics & config) to fmXML. This will convert all the player names to the ID's indicated for the player in the config file
Step 5: Move all your player pics, which should now be ID #'s, to a single folder
Step 6: Close & Reopen fmXML, use the browse button to locate your folder filled with your player photos, tick the box 'All filenames are IDs' and then click 'GO!'. This will create a mega config with all your facepacks
To get you started you can download my mega facepack that has 8380 player & manager photos in a single folder with a single config.
The advantages of doing it this way are simple, when you download ANY facepack you do the same steps as above (takes 1 second to make a new config). If your new facepack is a great one then you overwrite the existing player photos, if its a bad one you don't overwrite and it will only add player photos you don't already have. This way you don't have multiple photos for a single player and you don't have to worry about downloading facepacks you already have, even if you already have that team the new pack may have a player or 2 you don't have.
Another advantage is that when the transfers begin to occur again, or a new season, you don't have to track down transferred players pictures at their old club you can simply overwrite them with the new ones.

The player photos included in this download ARE NOT MINE. The creators are listed at the bottom as well as in the readme within the download. As you can see it's not very plausible for me to get permission from every one of these creators so I am offering the following:

If your the creator and don't want your work included, give me a link to your download and I will re-download it and find a different pack to overwrite yours.
After a month or so I will re-download new packs and upload the additions. So if anyone has any great packs post the links and I'll download and hopefully include them in the next update.
