Realistically speaking,How much are we prepared to pa a "TOP" manager and Who would fall into Said bracket?

Venables would be an awful choice though, would rather Dave O'Leary to him.

Why would O,leary be a bad choice?
Didnt he get leeds to a semifinal of the Cl.And he cant buy players so no fear of him Bankrupting us?
Cant really see anyone myself either tbh.Maybe the best of a bad bunch?

He is the best by far if we go with an Irish manager and maybe even a British or Irish manager.
Ideally I would like to go further overseas, there are some very, very good coaches unemployed now or shortly.
