I dunno, my memory on this is not too great.

But the bigger problem is: Why would Chrissie be over at Zoe's house on the night of the murder when she recently found out that Den had been sleeping with Zoe

Think she just fell down the stairs, no actual foul play involved but Pat saw the chance to frame Janine as revenge for her killing Barry.
