Can't wait for this, I've loved everything they've done so far whatever the style so I know I'm going to love the new album. </BLOCKQUOTE>

 You should post in here more often! Have you heard 'White People for Peace' yet? It's more of a straight up rock song, but is still great.

In my quest to find bands similar to against me! I found 'defiance, ohio','This Bike is a Pipe Bomb' and 'Fake Problems'. None of them are like Against Me! but they are all great in their own right, and definitely worth checking out.

Was just listening to TBiaPB

Haha, I'll check em out in a bit though, will report back

Suppose I'd better add a recommendation, I'll go for Shermer Kinda pure punk with gruff vocals, think Milloy/Hot Water Music/Lawrence Arms. They're from Stoke too, really need to get their album...

I haven't heard that song but I have heard 'Americans Abroad' which sounds pretty good and is going to be on the album afaik.

I am a massive fan of This Bike is a Pipe Bomb, such a great and unique band. Are they still touring at all? They are a band who I would really like to see live but they don't seem to have a website or anything. I've heard a bit of Defiance, Ohio - they seem alright but not that great.

Okay, 'The art of drowning' that 'four year strong' seem really good from their myspace songs. Will have to investigate further.

_Raul_ yeah americans abroad will be on there, don't think it is anywhere near as good as 'white people for peace though'.

TBiaPB really are great, such fun music to listen to. Fake problems are similar, although not as fast/quirky but with better songwriting.

Got so much good punk to listen to, still haven't really listened to last years Nofx as well as Lawrence arms etc. Punk has to contend with hip hop so don't listen as much as I'd like to.
