When one uses MiniSE, or FMM, I realized that editing the CA value in there usually will make your player improve, but he will not be as good as those players that are that CA in terms of individual stats. When you Holiday games though, he still is not bad.
Also, this disparity of CAs is apparent in the normal players as well. Supposedly a 200 CA player has 16 in vital stats and nothing else, well look at Daniel Alves. I think he probably has one of the most number of 16+ stats in the game, his CA is 180 or around there. Many of those 180+ players dont ahve the stats of Alves...
there are other abilities as well.
also CA 200 will give anaverage of 17.
last, but not least, you have to give players time as their stats will not rise instatly (utleast in the pre 801 versions)
