Is there anyway to stop every player on the game from every transfering.

what i mean is i want everyone to play for there local club e.g ronaldinho and kaka will be in the brazil league rooney will be at everton beckham at man utd etc.

and i want to change every player back to there local team and give every team amazing youth camps and want the team to produce player.

thats why i dont want any player to move club in the whole game ever.

is it possible

It sounds like a great idea but I really don't think it can be done. Transfers are controlled by the game itself so you'd have to alter the .exe file - which is almost impossible (and probably illegal).
