Is there any way of editing the commentary or adding new stuff to it? (FM 2007) Ive downloaded packs before but they were really bad. I just want to add little celebration descriptions and stuff. Any help would be much apreciated?

There is a way. Go here...

CProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\data\match events

...and you'll find a file called "events.cfg". Open it with WordPad and edit away. Beware, it's a HUGE file as it contains all the different languages.
