i swapped a couple of leagues about and everything is running fine except when i get my season expectations it says something like "The Zeta board expect the club to win the <comp_short%> by the end of the year zero plan"

what the hell is up with that?!

It's looking for the name of a competition and can't find it. That "<comp_short%>" bit points to a competition name (eg. Premiership).

Either it's pointing to the wrong place, or the thing it's pointing to isn't there any more.

i guess thats probably because i also swapped the league names and TLA's over aswell. i read somewhere that you can change competition names but maybe not? should i restore my montenegrin premier league name change to uruguayan first division?

did you change the league TLA or the nation TLA? If you swapped the league TLA that might be your issue, I've never touched that to be honest, only ever altered the national one.
