Well if true the disappointment of losing Viduka will definitely be made up by the signing of Tuncay.

Also, these suggestions that we offered Viduka a contract that was way above our wage limit (talking Boksic style wages). Seems Gibson's comments today re-enforced this as well. Newcastle offered a bigger signing on fee and slightly higher wages.

As a Fenerbahce fan I can say that Tuncay is a good transfer. He may take time to adapt (new country, language etc.) but once he becomes a part of the team he will play with true passion and do everything in his power, he's my favorite player at Fenerbahce and I hope he'll do good things for you guys too. take care of him and be patient. If you wait on him he will grow with time
