He's a striker and plays for Pohang Steelers. There was a guy who posted about it a few days ago on FMTTM as it was all over the Korean press. Suprised it took so long to break over here.

Didn't do too well in Europe when he joined Werder Bremen and has had injury problems over the last few years. He has scored 22 goals in 64 appearances for South Korea.

Not sure about the fee but I'm sure I read something along the lines of £1m.
