With Heroes on hiatus till next week, the last couple of episodes of this have almost made me forget the storyline in Heroes. That is a sign of a great show.

Spoke to two farmers today a little about the show, and the food crisis they are experiencing. Essentially, almost any land is arable to some extent, that being you can grow basics like root vegetables in pretty much any soil, with little or no care. They have the man power, they had the refugees sitting around doing feck all for several weeks. Get the lazy frackers out in the fields and surrounding land to dig.
The map this week showed us that Jericho is ringed by plenty of land, so this to me is a huge plot hole.
